Yes, I agree--the photo shows extensive dead leaf tips which is usually
caused by overwatering. The colour of the rest of the plant looks as though
it could do with a bit of sunlight too. It's a palm, put it in the sun and
dont water it too much. You might as well cut off that whole leaf and and
others like it--they arent doing the plant any good.
