Default Ground Wasps

In article ,
says...
Noticed dozens of ground wasps today in my lawn. How do I get rid of them
without killing my grass or harming my dog?

Depending on what type of wasps you are dealing with
may determine whether to do anything at all. Some are
seasonal and will be gone after a few weeks or of being
of no real consequence not ever being a bother to you or
a worry to sting. If they are Digger Wasps you may be
able to chase them away by keeping the area wet for
awhile or by using any general insecticide or even flea
powder you might use on the dog. If you are talking
about dozens of wasps coming from one opening rather
than a dozen individual openings, they are probably
yellow jackets and you might be better off paying a
company to handle them.
