Default Fothergills Mixed Perennials

Newbie Gardener writes
I now have a tray filled with around 250 seedlings - trouble is I've no idea
what they all are! Has anyone grown these before and can give me some ideas of
what might be in there? Would it be worth e-mailing Fothergills? Or is this all
part of the fun ;o)

Well, you could e-mail Fothergills, but chances are they may not know
precisely what's in there either ... "mixed" seeds can be a selection
from a wider range. I've done something similar in that I've carved out
a new flower bed and strewn it with two packets of wildflower seeds. The
packets say they contain at least 10 out of 20 named varieties ... would
be nice if each of the packets contained a *different* 10 plants, but
you're right. I think identifying precisely what it is you've grown is
part of the fun
