He's using Outlook Express, not a proper newsreader - perhaps it isn't
possible to filter out what he doesn't want?

Why is Outlook Express not a proper newsreader?
Is there something wrong with it?
Will it affect my computer?
I'd like to know because thats what I'm using!
Hope you can answer my questions, (I know this is not the proper place to
ask)
or direct me to a place where I can find out.
TIA
Anthony
Hi,
If you want to find out what the person is talking about, go to the
link I shall give you. To my tastes even their freeware version is
better than O.E.
(I imagine - since I last had to use it, it has probably decided to
do the washing up as well).

Mind you if you are happy with what you've got don't worry about it.
It's all a matter of personal preference anyway.
