i'm discovering new things in my yard every day. came upon a strange
looking mushroom and was afraid to eat it. did a search and found it's
actually a white morel. there are quite a few of them and it's very easy to
walk right by them. i was moving some leaves aside looking for flower bulbs
trying to make a spring appearance when i noticed these mushrooms.

anyone have a suggestion for a recipe?
