An epidemic of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), maliciously started, was the
subject for a U.S. Defense Department simulation exercise "Silent Prairie"
on February 11th 2003.

A report on this, plus a review of last week's superb BBC Radio Interview

of
Nicola Morris on the subject of the contiguous cull is available at:

http://www.aasv.org/news/story.php?id=466

Also, the U.S. Army manual on protection against bioterrorist biological
weapons is now available on CD, see

Looks like Newcastle's disease sped a chicken fights is a pretty good
method. If they did it in 10 spots at the same time Oklahoma and :Louisiana
would be the only states that have a chance of condoling it since it is
still legal here..

Passing laws that you won't enforce creates a situation ripe for a terror
attack. Their best bet is to contact the wheels in the cockfighting business
and convince them that it is in their best interest to vaccinate every
fighting chicken on the face of the earth and give them free vaccine to do
it. And ot shut down as many fights as they can.

Then get 2 back packs one with vaccine and one with 100 dollar bills and go
to Mexico and make the same pitch.

You would have to use a local that they trusted and never bother them again.

If you are going to outlaw fighting chickens get rid of them. If you can't
let them fight and let the state take a cut and control the mess. Don't do a
half assed job that accompanies neither goal.
