I did a home test on my lawn and found it to be too alkaline. Does
fertilizer raise or lower the ph level of the lawn? I plan to add
fertilizer and want to know if I should also use sulfur or something
to treat the alkaline or if the fertilizer will help balance the ph
itself.

Thanks.

Fert lowers it,but you may still need the sulfer. What was it?

7.5 isn't real bad. 7.0 is nuetral.
