Default Is this possible? Apple trees that flower twice a year....

Now you're mixing apples and magnolias? Did you forget about the oranges?

If you mix apples and oranges, you can get a pretty funky sangria!!!
We already know you have plenty of whine!!!

Even if you moved to a planet where the years were only six month long,

apple trees would still only bloom once a year.

A prolonged flowering season in a mild climate is just that and not a

second crop of flowers.

Would it be possible, as a quirk of nature, for a tree

to flower early in the year (spring), and then again in late summer?

Yes

Magnolias often flower twice a year here,
first in spring then in late summer
