We are in the midst of constructing some raised flower beds up next to the
house, we are concerned about the siding on the house we go to fill the

beds
with dirt. what is the best way to protect the siding/house from the soil
that we will use to fill the beds.
Thanks for any suggestion that you may have.

It's not only the contact with the soil that's the problem, it's the slope

and drainage problem that you're creating. Raising the level of the soil to
where it's *higher* than the inside of the house only promotes it draining
to a lower spot--your house. Only contractors who know exactly what they are
doing should mess with the dranage of a home.
