I assume that you mean that you have way too many blooms. If that's
the case, then you might invite someone from a local nursing home or
hospital to come and do a supervised cutting. Have the kids help out
and then send them to the facility to help pass them out and/or make
arrangements.

Just one quick idea off the top of my head.
