Ok now I am getting nervous. My Trident hasn't broken any buds
yet. All my
other trees have. I did the same over wintering to all the
trees as I have
done the last three years. The Trident has never had any
problems before.
All the branches are flexible and I lifted it from its pot. The
roots look
fine. I put it in a bigger pot and now I am waiting.
Any ideas as to whats happening?
I am in Michigan Zone 5

Are the buds still swelling? If you break a bud off, is it green
underneath? If you scrape the bark do you see green?
