Default Hail damaged Linden

Two summers ago we had just planted an American Linden and a Red Maple
(10 gallon sizes) when we had a rather nasty hail storm. The Red Maple
pretty much died staight out, but the Linden showed signs of life so we
let it go. Since then, one side is now pretty much dead including the
main vertical shoot, but the other side looks good. Here is a picture.

My question is, what should we do? Will it come back and become
"normal" or will it continue to grow lopsided? Cut our loses and
replant, or let it go? Thanks!
