Dissolved oxygen levels in my brewers start at 9.6 milligrams per
liter and finish at 8 MG/L. Low oxygen levels can breed pathogens,
especially with poor compost or unfinished compost from animal wastes.
It is very important to design a brewer that produces sufficient
oxygen to keep the good guys dominating the brew. Good CT must remain
aerobic!
