Second I have 4 bunch of R. macranda in my tank and
nothing is similar to the one on the picture. Mine is here

That's easy - it's because you're plant is NOT Rotala macranda.

What you have is a variety of Hygrophila polysperma known as "Rosanervig"
or
"Sunset" (locale dependent)

I don't think so. There is no green leaves at all.
