Default Roses at the National Arboretum

It's been really wet here for the last few weeks. It's rained some
almost every day for amost two weeks. Our roses are just coming into
full bloom and all that water on them every day isn't helping them age
well. Saturday we went to the US National Arboretum in Northwest
Washington. At the National Herb Garden, there is a very nice rose
garden with mostly antique and heritage roses. Dispite the weather, it
was quite nice. Anyone in the Washington DC area, I highly recommend
this garden, both now for the roses and throughout the year for all the
other collections they have.

I took lots and lots of pictures and have put them together on the web
site. We also visited the National Bonsai and Penjing Museum and I've
grouped the photos onto five pages. Note that the rose page has 98
thumbnails and may take a little while to load on a slow connection.
Click on the thumbnails for a larger version in a popup window. I've
tried to label everything but there were a few that I could not find
labels for. If you know what they are (or find any mistakes in my
labeling), let me know.
