fluffy white sounds like columnaris, so potassium permanganate is choice. definitely
get some salt in there, also antibiotic food.

check the pH of your water. that much rain may have driven the pH down. a pinch of
baking soda, test for pH, another pinch until you get it up to neutral if it has
