Ok. I understand what you are saying. The interesting thing is that had
your mother lived in a typical HOA controlled development, she would have
needed approval for any fence. When she submitted her application for the
fence they would have denied the fence because it didn't meet the standards.
That would have saved her a lot of problems. I'm still not clear if you
think that all zoning regulations should be abolished?
