Default Why I love my pond!

Whereas I had always enjoyed my pond (even when obsessing about it), I came
to appreciate it's calming effects during 9/11. When I couldn't take the
horror any more, I went out to the pond. The serenity of gliding fish and
soothing waterfall noise helped the ache in my soul. It was better than
pharmacuticals! Hmmm, maybe more addicting, though G.

After a very stressfull day at work and family I was thinking "Calm, Pond,
Calm, Pond" all the way home.

Both my husband and I walked down to the pond and at the same time were
looking around for the resident frog. We both burst out laughing at the
same time having spotted him, THE KING OF THE POND, sitting on the turtle
spitters back surveying his kingdom.

AND I'm glad to report that due to the descriptions and pictures posted by
the ponders here, we have now identified him as a beautiful green frog
complete with folds right down his back. Will post pictures ASAP.

Thanks again everyone!
