I neglected tosay that my next door neighbor has a huge 25 foot pine
that hangs over my property (and my car) and I also suspecrt that it
might be more the culprit than my small Pines... :-[

Just so happens that it's been sitting right beside the Elm for the past

Who knows .....

Other than that, the nearest large pine trees are 1/2 mile down the road.
