Default algae on Nana - Go away by itself under new confitions?

Thanks Billy. Sounds like going ahead and manually cleaning the
leaves is my next move. Like yours, any new growth is clean...in
fact, any leaves facing away frorm the surface are fairly algae-free
too.

The only thing left now is the algae all over my beloved Nana. Will
this algae clear up on its own under the current conditions?
Or should I pull the plant and scrub/bleach one last time?

It may not. I had the same situation, too much light for the slow-growing
anubias, so I got the algae growing on the leaves. I trimmed and trained
some hornwort to grow along the surface, effectively cutting the light. The
newer leaves never developed algae, however the algae on the older leaves
never completly went away.
