I want frogs for slug control. I haven't much space. How much water do I
need?

We've always had lots of frogs in our garden, even before we had a pond
- I think it's having plenty of cool damp places to hole up.

I don't think it is an effective method of slug control, we've always
had loads of slugs as well.

Us too. Until this year, I've seen no slugs at all in our garden and very
little signs of their activity.

Perhaps they're frightened of the hens ...
