Fleas will develop where ever the host animal spends
time. If you don't care to use Front Line or Advantage
on the pets keeping your pets addressed for flea
prevention that includes an insect growth regulator
(IGR) and then try to cut out the wild/stray animal
traffic from the yard is the best you can do.
