Ok tell me to ring my insurance co. but does anyone know of a good company
that will insure garden furniture etc. We have solid teak furniture and
other items i.e water feature that are worth a bob or two so any help
appreciated tia

About 10 years ago we were sent some info from a company that
specialised in garden insurance. It was a dead loss - they basically
would insure furniture only if you locked it in a shed between use.

Remember to use all alternative methods to protect your stuff - carve
your postcode into the legs of tables and chairs, and somewhere discreet
on the water feature. Tables can be chained to something solid, or to a
concrete block buried in the ground.

We even had a water butt stolen, so I have those postcoded now.
