Put a couple of garlic cloves, a very hot pepper, and some hot sauce in

Cut her paws? Please return the dog to the SPCA or whatever rescue
operation you got her from.

If you look carefully, you will see it was suggested he cut the dogs CLAWS,
not PAWS.
