On the continent you DON'T get a trolley unless you pay for it - and
subsequently return it properly ...........

Also you DON'T get any free plastic carrier bags ............. unless
you pay heavily for them (pollution) everyone brings thier own
re-useable bags ............

Also people have more pride in thier gardens/property/others property
and fellow human beings ..............
