I planted a red currant this spring and it has about 8 stems. Do I

Another question is what to do with the vast crop of red currants that
we have this year.
1. Make jelly (1 lb. sugar to 1 pint juice).
2. Make a crumble.
3. Make wine (4-6 lbs. to each gallon)
4. Freeze them until you can think of something else.
