I want to thank everyone for the wonderful help!

I had not thought that if it is growing well then no matter what it says on
the
tag it must be doing ok!

I have cut back most of the roses as they are ill and wont survive the
rot/mildew/bugs
the way it is. Some have small shoots of new growth!

I pulled up most of the lavender as it was HUGE and far more than I will
ever need.

In the fall I will put in more. This time not in the middle of a path and
not under a rose!
