Default Seed sower

First time to these gardeners groups so crossposted to
free.uk and england.rec

Hello there,

For several years I have used a seed sowing tool in my
kichen garden which consists of two pieces of round -
shaped - moulded - clear plastic with different sized
holes that, when fitted together with the seeds inside,is
wheeled along the drills on the end of a 3ft long stick.

Looks for all the world like a childs wind toy.

On one of the pieces there is an embossed logo consisting
of... "Outil", a wolfs head in a circle and "Wolf"

Where I got this tool from I have no idea now but I do
recall a catalogue. If anyone knows where I can get a
replacement for mine, which I accidently trod on, I would
be most grateful.

This 'device' takes all the backache out of seed sowing
together with (in my opinion) a more uniform growth of the
seedlings and a lot less wastage by 'thinning'. It is also
ideal for gardeners like myself whose knees don't bend too
well!
As the price of seeds continues up and the quantity of
seeds goes down, it seems to me to be not very cost
effective if one needs to throw away (for lack of space)
'thinnings'.

TIA for any replies.
Regards,
Roy.
