Taking Joan for a Birthday outing.

The garden is lovely, lots of surprising niches, but you should be able to
see it all easily in an afternoon. Having said that, I didn't do the house
tour.
Where you may well need plenty of time, is in the nursery........ lots of
plants for sale, which are all grown in the garden, and therefore qualify in
Christopher Lloyd's book as "good-doers". Very tempting ;-)

Thanks for that Marina. I have actually arranged to meet Christopher
Lloyd and hopefully he will be pointing out some 'specials' but thanks
for the tips, they are the sort of things we were looking for.

Also been given the tip, that if you as CL the name of a plant or 'What
is that?', he expects you to have pen and paper handy to take down the
names, 'you're not serious if you don't write the names down' my
daughter told me :-))

Plants for sale? Good job I have a massive boot on the car ;-)

Pen and Paper

Video Camera.

Digital Camera.
All will be charged up and ready to go :-))
