Cat shit is no different than all the other shit in your yard, so it
isn't a valid reason to keep cats inside.

Dogs are "controlled" because a ****ed off dog can tear you apart. I
don't know of too many fatal cat attacks. (and if you're going to
whine about dying from a cat scratch, look up the word antiseptic.)
