Just ask your koi, "Would you rather wait 10 minutes while I soak your
food or should I feed you now?" If they are anything like mine they
will splash like crazy and say "FEED ME NOW". After all they are just
pretty colored carp and can and will eat just about anything that fits
in their mouth dead or alive. Because they don't fit fingers don't
count, but they sure try.

I have been feeding a mixture of flake,stick,round stuff, & other

that sink(for variety) to my pond critters...goldfish & koi, for
several
months........
am I doing something dangerous to the koi?
