Default [IBC] Rice Hulls

I live in an area that grows a large percentage of the rice for California.
Every year we have to suffer through the smoke and haze created by the rice
farmers when they burn their fields after harvesting. They claim the rice
hulls take years to break down if left alone to decompose naturally. So
there may be some truth to the thought that they would work well in bonsai
soil.
