I'm not sure if I have got this right, but I am trying to find a gardener.

I'm the chairman of a development of 24 flats in Harborne, Birmingham and we need a gardener to maintain the gardens. The gardens are fairly small, but there are lawns, beds and trees to look after. We currently pay around £100 per month.
