Default They didn't bloody have any.

Yeah, they were babies.. The leaves weren't even an inch long.. The guy told
me that they'll be flowering within the next two years..

Did they tell you they were babies? Because Neofinetia is
considered a miniature and stays pretty tiny, with leaves 5-10 cm
long.
