My husband and I have a friend on the Gulf Coast of Texas, who has
invested mucho dinero in a greenhouse. It is super hot and humid in that
locale and swamp coolers only work well with low humidity; so, it might
be best to grow outside with a super misting system.

If you live near the Gulf coast of Texas you may have certain building
code
requirements that might extend to building of greenhouses. A number of the
building codes have changed over the past several years due to the many
huricanes that have hit the area.

Check with your local Building Inspector prior to ordering any type of
kit.
Once you have the information make sure that the manufacturer meets the
requirements for your area.
