Can anyone help diagnose the disease that has killed two willow trees
and a viburnum opulus over the past two years?
The symptoms have been ten same in all three cases. The trees were
growing normally and apparently healthily. Then over a period of a
few days the leaves shriveled (but did not fall) and the whole tree
was dead.
All three were in the same part of the garden. Nearby trees and a
mixed native headgerow have been unafftected.
