Default Peanuts..

I doubt it. I have been told that they take up to 180 days to produce. Hoe
the weeds around the plants, and put the dead stuff from hoeing, around the
peanuts. When they bloom, a little stem comes from the blossom and goes
into the ground (the residue from hoeing). Peanuts are formed at the ends
of these stems. After they are big enough you pull the entire plants and
hand them up to dry (for seed), or take them off the plant while they are
still damp, and soak them in salt water. Then let them dry and they are
ready for roasting.

Thanks to the local squirrel population several peanuts appear to have

taken
root in my garden (London area). Does anyone know if they are they likely

to
produce a crop?
