I came up with HorseWeed is Marestail, Conyza canadensis
and HorseTail (Field) is Equisetum arvense.

A search of "Conyza canadensis Equisetum arvense"
pulled up a few sights you probably can make more of
than me

That is very interesting. It proves that they are different species (see
