that's where mine are in the final filter. What part of the country are

you
in, Virginia? When I was in Houston, I had no trouble growing WL or WH,

also
had a steady Ph of 8.7 without doing anything and the WL would grow dinner
plate size, so I guess it's what's not in the water here that's giving me
grief. Don't think I'll do anything about it this year, but next year I

might
try the iron and see if that makes a difference.
