Default Transplanted potted perennials

I have 1 pink coreopsis and 1 coral bells in pots which were started from
seed in late spring (Western Ontario, zone 5 - we had a weird season this
year...cold, wet and fall like).
I am wondering if it would be ok to transplant them to the garden now or if
I should bring them indoors through the winter and wait until next spring to
transplant them.
The coreopsis is in bloom right now and although it has not yet grown to
full potential it has quite a lot of flowers. The coral bells never bloomed.

Thank you,
