Surely it is time that the number of horses in this country was
limited - before this island sinks under the weight of this unwanted
horseshit.

Perhaps the consumption of horse meat should be encouraged.

I hope you weren't serious. We have much bigger waste problems than
that. At least horse shit is biodegradable.
Start by cutting down on unnecessary packaging, and by getting away from
the idea that things should be replaced because they are no longer
fashionable, rather than no longer serviceable.

He doesn't say he has a problem himself. It's hard to cut down on
unnecessary packaging, unless you package things yourself.

I read in today's web IoS
http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/thi...p?story=438742
that Scouts have abolished camp fires and cooking on wood fuelled
fires in favour of cooking using butane for environmental reasons.
Fuzzy thinking or what?

Imbecilic pseudo-thought would be a more apt description of the "mental"
processes of the idiot who dreamt up that little lot.

Wood is a renewable energy resource.
Like many others, I only belonged to the Scouts for the pleasures of
camping and legalised pyromania. Singing Ging Gang Gooley around a
Camping Gaz burner isn't going to do much for Scouting.
