You can use the browsers Netscape, or
Opera' M2 builtin News/Mail client:

Or there are other stand-alone newsgroup clients, such as
Forte Agent (http://www.forteinc.com/main/homepage.php),
40tude Dialog - which I use at work (http://www.40tude.com/dialog/)
MicroPlanet gravity (now unsupported but works well)
plus loads of others.


or as some have said, directly on the web via http://www.google.com/groups
(then type in u.rec.gardening)
