Actually her garden is very interesting, very large, she has just left
as about 95 years old and can't live in a 7 bedroom house any more on
her own. loads of rare plant varieties, but all overgrown and in need
of TLC. I do hope someone appreciates what is in her garden when they
buy the house.

Whereabouts?

Thornton-le-Dale North Yorkshire. The place is very neglected, the
greenhouse still full of orchids which have miraculously survived. The
Magnolia blew down last year - goodness knows how it ever grew on our
lime soil, whole place covered in groundelder, but a dream. We went to
look at buying the house, but too big for us, and too much restoration
work required. anyway just found out today its back on the market at
£50,000 less, so don't know why?
