Default Algaeal near lawn

What is a good remedy for this problem? I have one spot in the corner of my
back yard where there is a great deal of shade from an oak and the soil
pretty much stays moist, especially after all the rain we've had here in
Florida the last few weeks. The area is about 50/50 covered with concrete
walkway and soil that would normally be used for a flower bed. It's righ
around where the one of the main spillways end from the roof(no rain
gutters). I've thought about just spraying the area with a dilute bleach
solution since there really isn't any vegetation around that I need to worry
about damaging but if there is a better way, I am open to suggestions.

Thanks

Does anyone have any idea if algae dies when the frost comes? Should
I spray it now, might mess up the lawn or will it just take care of
itself?

Thanks

It's your soil and environment. Frost only delays it.
