BTW, this pond is intended to be a concrete structure with a pebble tech
finish.
There should be no gravel. There will be large rocks for turtles to hang out
on.

Looking at what you have posted, it would appear that you are going to
have
gravel in the pond, since the 3" floor drain is a standard drain for the
aquascape system. Personally, and you will hear from others, I would not
have the gravel in the pond. It collects all kinds of debris and cleaning
is a real chore. Some like it and if they do not have very many fish, and
then only goldfish or minnows, enjoy. Proper bottom drains have a domed
lid
to keep the fish out and to minimize the vortex that can be created, but
they require a flat smooth pond bottom to work.
