If you think that was a flame you should get out more.

Your web site contains recommendations for commercially available
products, including an advert linking to a recommended supplier,
product information and price lists.

That's spam.
That's unsolicited commercial advertising .

Take out the ads and price lists and stockists and it's not spam

That's constructive comment.
