Default [IBC] tips for mondo grass

Are we talking Ophiopogon planiscapus? If so, mine are vine weevil
magnets. They also suffer red spider damage more than most others in my
shade house. Constant moisture in the growing period and full sun to
partial shade seem to suit mine. The Nigrescens form seems less vigorous
and when planted out here gets pulled up by the birds.

The large fleshy roots with nodules seem to do better in accent pots
with a greater volume of soil rather than very small ones.

Hope this helps

Hello all
I got some mondo grass this summer and potted it up in accent plant
pots. it
has sat on a window sill since then and sat is the operative word-has
not done
much at all.Doesnt seem to grow and leaf tips turn brown. What is the
best way
to make this stuff happy?
Thanx
Mark
