Default WooHooo, getting a new sod lawn installed

So I sold my house (must have been my lush landscape that sold it since the
house was well...... crap), and moved into a rental house down in the city.
When I first looked at it, it had nothing but dirt and rocks in the front
yard (and the backyard is just a brick patio area that runs the width of the
house), but I come home today to find a crew of workers in my front yard,
pulling tree roots, raking up rock and debris, and rebuilding the sprinkler
system. Apparently the landlady has decided to put in a sod lawn (since
theres a couple pallets of sod laying in front of my garage right now). I
am stoked, now all I have to do is find a gardner to care for it, since Im
rather tired of cutting my own grass and its small enough of a yard to pay
someone like $30.00 a month to come in and fertilize it at the right time
and set the sprinkler timer properly and cut the grass and keep it weed
free.
