Hi folks

I will shortly be starting a new (rear) garden measuring 10M deep by
29M wide which has been carved out of a field used for grazing sheep.
The garden has a boundary with the remaining field consisting of a 3
foot heigh wire fence with wooden fence posts topped by a strand of
barbed wire.

I would like to keep the views of the field and trees in the distance
while hiding the fence so don't want to plant 30ft leylandii as a
hedge. Also since the garden looks like a narrow strip while viewed
against the field have you any suggestions on giving the garden an
illusion of some depth.

The side garden also measures 10M by 30M that will be bounded by a
wooden fence.
