Default UV filter removal

It is wise to put it in the garage for the winter it can take that kind of
cold, if you leave it out in the snow the liners or seals could crack from
freezing. clean it out and store it away, your pump should always be putt in
water so the seals do not dry out and crack. Put it in a bucket in the
garage if you are not keeping it in the pond.

This is the first year I own one, and for the price I paid for it you can
rest assured it is coming in.
The climate here is very cold in the winter, so that is also a factor for
me.
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Winters hit -40*

When you shut down the filter for the season, do you bring it in?
